Membership & Payment
We offer Pay as You Go or Membership to your Personal Physician.
Membership provides you with Dr Kimes’ telephone for same day text, calls or office appointments during regular business hours.
Pay as You Go: Our same day appointments cost $150 per visit (In-Office or Telephone).
For our most personal services consider our membership program. Membership includes same day appointments in office or by telephone with no additional fees. Membership entails a one-time sign-up fee of $499 dollars and a monthly fee of $199 dollars. There are no additional fees for service beyond monthly membership. (Home visits not included in membership)
Home visits by the doctor are available on a limited basis pending availability and areas within Temecula, Murrieta and Wildomar. Home visits include x-ray services and pertinent lab services for diagnosis and treatment. Home visits cost $499 all inclusive of services provided.
Regular business hours are Monday-Thursday 9AM-5PM. In office visits must be scheduled before 12 noon for same day appointments. No services are available outside of regular business hours.

Direct-Pay
We are a Direct-pay medical clinic in Murrieta/Temecula that isn’t paid by insurance companies for codes and data. We are paid by you. That is why we have the same goals as you do. We are designed to give you the medical care you deserve without all the bureaucracy. We accept cash or credit cards. If you have a PPO insurance, they may reimburse you for all or part of your visit or the amount may go toward your deductible. Upon request, we will provide you with a receipt to send to your insurance company for reimbursement. We cannot guarantee that you will be reimbursed or the amount that your insurance deems reimbursable. If you have Medicare, you cannot be reimbursed for services as we are opted out of Medicare.
